10 Tools Every StartUP Needs Today

I had a start up for over five years and one thing was a huge struggle for me was doing everything on my own. I researched many tools out there and the list below are tools I used for my startUP business. It helped me save time to focus on what matters most and this will differently do the same for you.

1) Custom call-to-action

Once you create an account, you can add the link of any blog post and/or article you want to share on your social media. Then you can add your custom call-to-action that will display on the lower left of the blog post and/or article you want to share. will give you a specific URL to share on your social media in order to display the custom call-to-action you created. This allows you to share relevant content on the web while maintaining visibility in front of your clients and/or customers.

2) Optimus your internet presence

As you progress in your business, you will identify where and what value you can add to your end consumer. That may be more than one service or product, which means you may have more than one URL. provides you one link to house all the content you’re driving followers to. That one link can house your blog post, a specific product you plan to campaign for the month, YouTube channel, and much more.

3) Keyword Planner

Keyword planner is for Google Adwords advertising plat form which allows users to research and analyze lists of keywords for use in pay-per-click campaigns. So the keywords you search and discover for your industry are intended to initiate action when creating any touchpoint on the web. I love this tool because it removes the guess game out of the equation, and allows you to have a starting point of what is most likely to work rather than aiming at any keyword for your blog post or call-to-action and hope that it converts or brings traffic to your site.

There are two ways I have used Keyword Planner…

1- Discover new keywords Search: This is used for words or phrases related to your products or services you offer. The keyword research tool will help you find the keywords that are most relevant for your business. You can then use these words for a campaign about the product or services you plan to promote for the next month or so.

2- Research keywords: This tool gives you insight into how often certain words are searched & how those searches have changed over time. This is excellent way to forecast trends and to understand what exactly are your customers most likely interested in reading or learning about. This allows you to be more intentional when creating content on the web that will position you as the expert in your industry and to truly add value to your customers pain point.

4) Suggested results provided by Google & Bing

This is one of my favorite tools ever to use on the web. This clever consumer insight tool combines suggested searches from Bing and Google. is an insight gold mind for startUP business owners because the tool retrieves existential questions users ask in Google and Bing.

Here’s an effective way to use the tool…fist use Keyword Planner and research keywords that are most relevant in your industry. Once you get more granular with the specific words you want to use, go to, enter the keyword and in seconds it suggest content ideas retrieved from Google and Bing. As a startUP business owner this allows you to get to know your audience and write blog post for your customers, and it helps you answer questions that can get you into Google’s featured snippets.

5) Content Curation

Consistent content is really important on social media. But, when your a startUP, it’s hard to come up with all the content on your own. curates content suggestion from over 500 credible categories readers can trust. And provides a scheduling platform to allow you to grow a relevant social media following across your entire social landscape. Regardless of what market you are in, Marketing to Social, from Law to Real Estate, this is an excellent resources to allow any startUP to offer your customers relevant, current content, while maintaining consistency through scheduled posts on social media.

7) Free stock photos &

I always recommend being authentic and true to your brand, but sometimes you need a filler and that’s when I used stock photos. Anyone can use photos and images that can license for creative projects or for free. It’s a great way to mix stock with custom content.
